From the initial meeting through the final completed project walk thru, our team delivers high quality results on time and within budget. We specialize in difficult commercial and residential projects including complex permitting and challenging entitlements with experience in all phases of construction from design through clearances through final occupancy certificates. Our projects often involve foundation systems with caissons and grade beams, water recapture systems, both metal and wood framing, any type of roofing systems with or without solar, energy efficient walls and windows, sound barriers, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, lifts, full ADA compliance, latest automation with networked capabilities for control, sophisticated lighting, parking lots, specialized kitchen and bathroom configurations and much more. Seasoned Management
Mary Lubran’s management experience started in 1980 after graduating from UCLA with her Masters degree… Martin Lubran started his management career in 1984 and also has a diverse background both working for a fortune 50 company as well as starting his own companies. Martin received his Masters degree from UCLA with post graduate studies and is a graduate from the Crosby College in Quality Management.

We offer an excellent choice of innovative products that allow our clients to specify any type of finish or any special function. For example, if security is an issue, we can source impact and bullet resistant products. Some clients want to combine functionality with longevity and we can recommend and install products that can accomplish both tasks. Other times, a unique issue will require our team’s extensive experience to recommend a specific solution that solves the issue and still fits the budget. With our virtually unlimited variety of vendors to consult, we can do the almost impossible.
We also can provide traditional products with excellent pricing and help our clients to make the wisest choices.
